I was out of state most of the time I was selling my house and Brian literally took care of everything, making dozens of trips to meet with vendors, sellers, realtors, maintenance professionals and even fixed some things himself. Totally selfless and devoted to selling my home to his satisfaction, and was successful at doing just that. He literally couldn't have performed any better.

Jim Huskey has sold three of my properties. The first one was a small ranch and after a short time of it not selling right away he suggested I subdivide it into three different parcels. I did and it sold almost right away. The second property had a home, garage and a large building +6 acres. Again Jim found the right person to buy it and it's sold immediately The third property was a condo that needed a lot of work. Jim knew the right people to help me fix it up and again help me find the right person to buy it. Jim's experience in sales always translated into a great sale for me. The process of home selling and buying was difficult for me. I needed Jim's excellent guidance and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that I looked at and considered buying I ended up buying two different homes from Jim at different times. Jim was always very supportive in selling and buying and he was always there at the closings showing his support. Patience is definitely his virtue. He is highly attentive to detail and the most truthful person I've dealt with.
